Selected Work
Case Study · September 2026
An agency's own website is the first proof of its work quality. A scattered portfolio, a broad service lineup, and content that needed a developer to change solving all three gave Regards Tech a clear, self-serve digital presence that matches the standard of their client work.
01: Stack
A modern React stack chosen so the content team can update pages without touching a build pipeline.
Layer
Component-driven architecture: every service block, case study card and CTA is a reusable, typed component instead of a hand-built page section.
Layer
Hybrid rendering (SSR + Static Generation) so the marketing pages stay fast and indexable while content stays editable by the team.
Layer
End-to-end type safety across the component library catching prop mismatches at build time instead of in the browser.
Layer
Utility-first styling driving the design system spacing, color and typography tokens shared across every page section.
Layer
Scroll-triggered reveal animations for section entrances and hover states subtle motion that supports the narrative instead of distracting from it.
Layer
Edge deployment with preview builds on every commit content and layout changes ship without a separate staging ritual.
02: Visitor flow
The four steps the homepage narrative is designed to carry a visitor through.
Visitor lands
Hero + value proposition
Service discovery
Scannable service blocks
Proof of work
Case study templates
Consultation booked
Two-step contact flow
03: What we built
Two sides of the same project: the narrative the site tells, and the foundations that keep it maintainable.
Homepage & brand narrative
A focused hero that leads into services, process, and proof with each scroll step building more confidence before the visitor reaches the CTA.
Modular service structure
Every service lives in its own scannable block, so adding a new offering later is a content change, not a redesign.
Case study system
A reusable template for every project covering the challenge, solution, and results in one consistent shape, shareable as a single link.
Conversion-focused contact flow
Booking a consultation takes two steps at most, reachable from every key section without forcing the visitor back to the top.
Performance & SEO foundation
Optimized images, semantic markup, and clean metadata keep the site fast on mobile and easy for search engines to parse.
Self-serve content updates
The content team updates case studies and team info themselves. No developer required for routine changes.
Design system library
Typography, color, spacing and interactive states defined once and reused everywhere keeping new pages visually consistent.
Responsive from the start
Built mobile-first, then scaled up reflecting the fact that over half of visitor traffic arrives on a phone.
04: Assessment
strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, one card each.
The rebuild consolidated scattered proof-of-work into one shareable link. Inbound messages now name a specific service upfront, something that rarely happened when the portfolio lived in a PDF.
The service lineup is intentionally broad, which means the homepage still carries a lot of information. Visitors who don't scroll past the first screen may not see the full range of what Regards Tech does.
The case study template is now reusable publishing one new study per month would steadily build topical authority and give sales a fresh link for every conversation.
Keeping the design system and content structure consistent as more services and case studies are added the same modularity that makes updates easy also demands discipline to stay clean.
05: Roadmap
Four moves ranked by how directly they turn the rebuild into ongoing momentum.
Current
A reusable template exists but publishing depends on team availability.
Recommended
Commit to one case study per month using a lightweight brief template covering challenge, approach, and result so the template is actually fed.
Current
The broad service lineup is presented as scannable blocks on the homepage.
Recommended
Add a short "which service is right for you?" decision aid near the top, helping visitors self-select before they scroll.
Current
Core Web Vitals sit in the green zone after the rebuild.
Recommended
Add a lightweight monitoring hook to alert the team if mobile LCP drifts above 2.5s, catching regressions before clients notice.
Current
Client outcomes appear inside case studies and the results section.
Recommended
Surface one client quote directly beside the consultation CTA, closing the trust gap at the exact moment of decision.
